James has worked for over 28 years in executive management, operational leadership, and sales, with a proven track record of success. James’ coaching focus is on leadership and executive coaching. His extensive business background and nonprofit work provide him with relevant insights and the intuition necessary to coach executive leadership, sales, and personal goals.
Cartwright Morris,
Director of Coaching
Cartwright Morris is a certified leadership development coach, mentor, and speaker specializing in refining executive leadership skills in emerging business leaders. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked with numerous business leaders in the US and abroad, becoming a thought leader in leadership development and group facilitation. He joined Cornerstone Coaching in 2024 to serve business owners and leaders in leading meetings, developing their people, and building productive teams.
Beth Seibert, Operations & Marketing
Beth plays a pivotal role in member care and overall administration. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Beth ensures that all aspects of our operations run smoothly, from managing day-to-day administrative tasks to creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Her dedication to our members is evident in her personalized approach to care. Beth is humbled and honored to serve such a dynamic community of business leaders.
Justin Jenkins, Member Care
Justin seeks to bring the same authentic care to Cornerstone members and candidates that he brings to clients in his legal practice. His core values include integrity, excellence, and connection. Justin aims to clarify concepts to empower others to make informed decisions. After graduating law school at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, Justin served as law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, then as staff attorney to the Court. He has served his clients' needs in estate planning, business formation, and real estate since 2018.
Bruce Terry,
Marketplace Pastor
Bruce is the Senior Pastor of Liberty Church in Birmingham, AL. He serves our business community by leading our Peer Group devotions each month and shepherding our members in business and life. Pastor Bruce holds a Master of Divinity from Christian Life School of Theology. He and his wife, Anita, married in 1985 while he was serving as Liberty's Youth Pastor. They share four children together: Katie Grace, Jonah, Natalie and Alexander.
